During the last ten years the property has been opened to the public on more than 100 occasions for a wide variety of charitably run music concerts and classical master classes, held in the delightful setting of the acoustically superb Great Hall.

The Queens Harbour Master Plymouth has granted a licence for 140 moorings to the vendor personally. The property is part of The Port of Plymouth.
Warleigh is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Part of the land is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is part of the Tamar Estuaries SPA relating to important and rare wildfowl.

RIGHTS, EASEMENTS AND BOUNDARIES
The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all outgoings, rights of way, easements and wayleaves there may be whether mentioned in these general remarks and stipulations of particulars of sale, or not. The Vendor understands from Devon County Council that there are no public rights of way over any of the property being offered for sale.
